A bit of background
After 25+ years in communications, largely as a knowledge translation expert in the medical and environmental sector, I began to lean into my love of data.
I completed the IBM Professional Certificate in Data Analysis in 2024, followed by the Data Science certification and a few others, including Google Data Analytics, Statistical Analysis with R for Public Health Specialization.
Since 2025, I have primarily taken on data analysis roles and have been having a blast uncovering actionable insights for clients.
I learn quickly and am at ease working independently and as part of a fast-moving team. I have a strong background in the non-profit sector, including experience working with executives, physicians, and researchers, and across departments.
Decades of remote work have honed my time management skills and capacity to support teams large and small, near and far.
I am also strongly committed to integrating ethics and equity into operational, data, and communication practices.
